Celebrate Digital Scrapbooking Day Two Peas Style!

Happy Digital Scrapbooking Day!

The Peas are hopping for Digital Scrapbook Day and this is my post on the journey.

You should have come from Polka Dot Pixels and your next stop will be Jen Martakis but if you get lost along the way you can pop along to the Two Peas Digital Blog to get the complete list. At each station there will be part of a code for you to collect. At the end of the line (so to speak) you will have a complete code that will allow you access to the fabulous collaboration FREEBIE (limited time only) in the Two Peas Store. The part of my code you are collecting from my page can be found at the end of this post :)

My own contribution as part of the Creative Team is this template

and my sample page using it (plus goodies from the collaboration)

As well as this freebie there are a range of challenges to inspire you, each of which gives you the chance to win a $5 gift certificate to the Two Peas store. The challenges can be found here. My own challenge is a Theme Challenge, based around the word Reflection

I hope you enjoy your freebie and find time to join in with our challenges.

Scrapping Fun all over the World!

It's been a fun week for scrappers over at UK Scrappers with lots of classes and challenges. Unfortunately, I've been so busy over half term, getting ready for Digital Scrapbooking Day and so on, that I haven't manage to join in very much at all, which is a shame as there are some absolutely gorgeous classes over there. If you aren't already registered at UK Scrappers, it is well worth being, as they have a fabulous library of paper scrapping classes going back many years (in fact this crop is to celebrate UK Scrapper's 10th birthday! And I've been there for 8 years myself).

Anyhow, I did manage one page for a pre-crop challenge. I did a digital page instead of a paper page, but I am definitely going to be doing a paper page to make use of those hexagon dies I just had to have :). Class by Karen Lowe. Oh and I just spotted this morning that this page got a GSO at Real Life Scrapped, woo hoo! though I think most credit goes to Karen for the page design and Danielle for the super gorgeous digi goodies!

I've been updating my blog design a little bit - my new header is created using the lovely Genuine kit by Amber Shaw Designs at MScraps. I have to say it took me a long time to decide which of the hundreds of kits I have (or have access to) to use!

ETA don't forget that Digital Scrapbooking Day is coming VERY soon, there are so many exciting things planned around digiland my head is spinning with it all already!
